I strictly kept my list to chips but I'm glad you brought up the token!
I guess from a "rarity" or production count standpoint, the handpainted token would have to be on top of the list. (of course leaving out error and prototype chips). A couple weeks ago, I posted a question on the board asking for any information about these tokens and Gene said, "The best information I can get is, somewhere between 20 & 40 were made.".
The Hard Rock hand painted token is one of my favorite pieces in my overall collection.
I agree with you on the Tournament chips... Those sets probably don't have the "desirablity" as the other Hard Rock chips. I usually don't go looking for these sets on eBay but when I'm on eBay looking at all of the Hard Rock chips, I never see the full tournament set (there again I don't look for it either). Usually I see the smaller denominations up there as a single chips.
I still wonder how many full sets are out there in collector's hands though...
